Graduates with experience of business start-ups are welcome to mentor budding entrepreneurs through the Bucks Mentoring Programme.
Dragon’s Den, Nov 14 2016
Alumni are invited to compete in our Dragons’ Den style event, run by Enterprise Bucks and aimed at supporting students and graduates with bright ideas.
Up to 10 start-ups will be pitching at the live event to secure up between £2000-£5000 in start-up funding. The participants will also have the opportunity to further develop their business ideas, some in tandem with their studies, over a period of 12 months, supported by mentorship from experienced business entrepreneurs and advisers.
Competitors explore the practical aspects of new venture creation, through presenting (through a 5-minute ‘pitch’) their business idea and receiving feedback from the Dragons – business people experienced in starting, growing and advising small businesses.
